How much does an electrician cost?
For most jobs we give a fixed price before we start, not an hourly rate that runs. Tell us what's happening and we'll quote it — you'll know the number before anyone turns up.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. NSW Electrical Contractor Licence 487170C, with full public liability insurance. Ask for the certificate any time.
What areas do you cover?
The Upper, Mid and Lower North Shore — from Wahroonga, Turramurra and St Ives through Chatswood, Willoughby and Lane Cove, down to Mosman, Neutral Bay and Crows Nest.
Do you handle urgent electrical problems?
For genuine safety issues — no power, a burning smell, exposed wiring or scorch marks — call us and we'll prioritise it. Turn the power off at the board first.
Will I get a compliance certificate?
Yes. Every job that requires one is issued with a Certificate of Compliance for Electrical Work (CCEW), as required in NSW.
Do you do smart home and automation work?
Yes — it's in our name. Smart switches, sensors, whole-home lighting scenes and Apple Home or Google Home setups are core work for us. For C-Bus, Clipsal or other commercial-grade systems, our team draws on the programming experience of our parent company, Cync Electrical & Automation.
